Our take
Kalahari Lodge is a simple, family-minded Kimberley stay with a garden play area, a family-friendly restaurant and free parking. The outdoor pool is seasonal, so check it is open for your dates. Kimberley Airport is 8 km away. The 7.8 rating across 1,174 reviews is decent rather than strong, so I would book it for the play space and convenience.
- Book a family room if you're travelling with children, as they are well-equipped for comfort.
- Take advantage of the seasonal outdoor pool during warmer months for a refreshing dip.
- Explore the garden and outdoor play area, especially if you have younger guests in your party.
