Our take
Beverly Hills is a high-end Umhlanga stay for guests who want an ocean-view balcony, a heated pool and a spa in one clifftop hotel. The restaurant has beach views and the café bar gives a lighter option. It is a five-star price-tier property, so I would pick it for a special trip rather than a budget stopover. The 8.7 rating from 1,423 reviews backs that up.
- Book an ocean-facing room to fully experience the striking views and sea breeze.
- Take advantage of the spa and wellness facilities for a truly relaxing stay.
- Explore the unspoilt beaches directly accessible from the hotel for morning walks.
